As part of a new series called The Hot Corner (we can’t wait for baseball season!), we’ll be featuring Krrb corners that catch our eye with their well-curated inventory. Whether it’s upcycled, re-purposed, vintage or handmade, be sure to see for yourself why we think these Krrbsters have it going on.

Loveheylola is making a comeback. The former vintage fashion store owner, Jessica Benassi, spends her free time browsing Peoria’s flea markets and garage sales for one-of-a-kind items. She claims she can cover five or six stores in a few hours and it shows. Her Krrb Corner is stocked with fun vintage clothing and handmade jewelry that brings a big ol’ smile to our faces.

Jessica also finds jewelry and jewelry parts at garage sales which she later upcycles into new baubles. When she isn’t scouring the secondhand market, she runs Blue Bar, a local watering hole with her husband and coordinates wedding receptions at Packard Plaza, a historic venue in town. Fortunately, we reap the benefits of her relaxing hobby as she continuously updates her Krrb corner.

Loveheylola doesn’t have a store front at the moment but you can catch her wares at Peoria’s summer fairs as well as online. Be sure to keep an eye on Loveheylola’s Hot Corner for her latest finds.
