As part of the series called The Hot Corner, we’ll be featuring Krrb corners that catch our eye with their well-curated inventory. Whether it’s upcycled, secondhand, vintage or handmade, be sure to see for yourself why we think these Krrbsters have it going on.
EveryWares?auto=format?auto=format?auto=format is a project of love. The Brooklyn-based Krrb corner is a surplus of furnishings bought by Matthew Every and his girlfriend Eva on road trips. After moving in together, the couple set out to fill their home with interesting wares and are selling the rest on Krrb. Their (collective) eye for unique vintage finds is why they have this week’s Hot Corner in the bag.
Both Matthew and Eva have a history in art and design, but it was Matthew’s fondness for furniture that led to collecting vintage pieces. As the couple furnished their apartment, they fell in love with more items than they needed on various road trips around the country. Now their home is a rotating collection of furniture that ends up on Krrb when they want a change. Like Matthew says, with so many nice pieces in the world, why not live with all of them even if only temporarily.
Don’t miss the next purge of retro goods from Matthew and Eva! Check out for yourself why this couple’s Krrb corner is a great vintage find itself!
