This week we’re checking out some dolls, a delicatessen sign, and a Derek Jeter action figure. Let’s go!
1940’s Buddy Lee Jeans Mascot Doll in Los Angeles, CA
What a way to start the week! I’m not terrified of dolls that look like little children at all! Not anywhere near as terrified as I am of teenagers anyways. This Buddy Lee Jeans Mascot Doll is from the 1940’s and is probably haunted by a ghost! But in all seriousness folks, Buddy looks like he’s in pretty good condition and comes with his original outfit! – $525
Vintage Delicatessen Sign in Brooklyn, NY
Now is your chance to own a part of Brooklyn history. This vintage delicatessen sign is from an old Jewish deli in Brooklyn. According to the listing, “the original Adelman’s in Brooklyn was a dining destination for decades for their delicious pastrami, corned beef, knishes and matzoh ball soup.” Sounds like some history my stomach and I would love to be a part of! Hang it in your bar, home, or anywhere else this illuminated sign will fit. – $250
Derek Jeter Action Figure in South Salt Lake, UT
Speaking of New York City history! Celebrate the Yankees greatest player (maybe? I don’t really follow sports) with this Derek Jeter action figure. Only 250 – 500 of these were produced, it comes in it’s original packaging, and features Derek Jeter performing his signature mid-air throw, so I’m told. – $69
American Flag Footstool in Manhattan, NY
Fourth of July is kind of close so now is the perfect time to buy an American flag footstool! Think of how patriotic your guests will feel as they rest their feet on our Great Nation’s flag. Keep ’em comfy and cozy as your guest shove hotdog after hamburger into their American loving mouths. Not a whole lot in the description but it looks like it’s in pretty good condition. – $45
Hand-painted Reborn Doll in Matthews, NC
Welp, I thought that the first listing was creepy but now I’m terrified. This hand-painted Reborn doll comes with clothes and a pacifier, and he’s looking for a good home! What better way to teach your child the responsibilities of being a parent than with a doll that looks 100% real? – $125
