Bitingly funny and a self-proclaimed terrible liar, Kelly Oxford straight-up needs a new office. The writer and social media celebrity turned to HGTV designer Orlando Soria, Homepolish and Krrb to rethink her personal writing space in Los Angeles.
“I’m basically needing space to write and relax and feel at home,” she says. Her vision? Something like a “tiny perfect apartment to escape to.”
The writer is seeking Mid-Century Modern and bohemian inspiration. Kelly describes her style simply: “Plants, art, simple lines. Vintage is a necessity.”
Krrb has teamed up with its sellers to supply vintage furnishings for Kelly’s office. HGTV designer Orlando Soria will design the space to create the perfect writing mood for Kelly.
“The whole office has a mid-century, bookish, 1960s literati look,” he says.
Although it’s not time for the big reveal, we can hint at a few details before the mid-November showcase. There will be plenty of green hues and comfy, relaxing seating. We’re big believers in the idea that the brain at rest does its best. Tune in soon for more details!
