The new year may have started in January but nothing has quite the sense of renewal like spring’s first bloom. Let’s start afresh with a good spring cleaning and new outlook on our surroundings. Every day through March 27, we’ll feature a Krrb corner with great furniture and decor to help freshen up your home. So why not sell everything and start again with these finds.
The Golden Calf is full of unique knick knacks for the home. Step inside the Williamsburg boutique and you’ll get a sense that owner, Natalie Vichnevsky handpicked these off-the-beaten-path items herself. We love her focus on reclaimed materials in the home. We caught up with Natalie (again) and her global-inspired sense of style.
Hi Natalie! Spring cleaning: Love it or leave it?
Love it. Spring time or anytime but spring really adds that extra little motivational something. Open the windows, we all get to try this again!
Good point! What is your number one priority for cleaning?
To finally put away everything that got rearranged due to (last year’s!) zealous Hurricane Irene preparations….
Hey, it’s never too late to clean up. Is there anything you won’t get rid of?
I would like to say that there is nothing that I would never get rid of but anyone who knows me would laugh at that assertion. So I’ll have to go with the family pictures. Oh, and the rainbow and unicorn cross stitch that my sister made me when we were little.
