After a decade of scraping by as a budding indie entrepreneur and launching Venus Zine, Amy Schroeder wanted to help other independent businesses make it in less time by banding together. Understanding the needs of creative idea makers because of her own experiences, Amy began the DIY Business Association to help entrepreneurs execute their goals. In the spirit of group efforts, Krrb is partnering with DIYBA for Speed Connecting NYC: Where Collaboration Begins on March 28. .

Jump into the discussion on innovation and entrepreneurial collaborating featuring Krrb’s own Andrew Wagner. Other panelists include Jessica Lawrence, Director of New York Tech Meetup; Sara Horowitz, Founder and CEO of Freelancers Union; and Campbell McKellar, Founder and CEO of Loosecubes. Industry color-coded identification will facilitate communication during the 90-minute networking portion.
