A perfect dinner party is a difficult thing to achieve. It must be lively but not too lively. Planned but flexible. The playlist has to have a theme, but it can’t be too obvious and the decor should “go together” but anything too “matchy matchy” is doomed. We here at Krrb appreciate the subtle touches that make a dinner really memorable. It’s why we’ve decided to bring you pairings of dining table and dinner guests that work at that undetectable level to ensure a dinner party success. We’ve also paired it up with a drink to get you started. You’re on your own for the menu!

I’ve been obsessed with reclaimed bowling alley wood for awhile now. A dinner table is a great way to display its amazing charm and utilize its style! The Dude himself, a man named Jeff Dowd who is the inspiration for The Big Lebowski, would be the perfect pairing with this dinner table. The table and The Dude abide together. Pick it up from Kingpin?auto=format‘s Krrb Corner.

Why should an evening dinner party have to happen indoors? Get the King to come to your barbecue by serving up a rack of pork ribs (and some peanut butter and banana sandwiches). Strew your yard with tiki torches, citronella candles and maybe even a limbo bar if you’re feeling adventurous. Pick it up from Pat Corr‘s Krrb Corner.
