We have a taste for the wild and unusual. The ingenious and especially the delicious. That’s why we’re sipping on these totally-out-there cocktails. Some are too sweet and some are just right, but you can’t deny they all have you wondering, “Who the heck came up with that?” We’ve even paired them with our favorite barware so you have an idea of how to serve them up!
Bacon Cheeseburger Bloody Mary
It’s hard to call this guy light and refreshing! This savory cocktail is both a drink and a full meal. Sip, don’t gulp it down.
How to serve it: A hearty drink like this needs a glass that matches. Pour the filling mix into vintage Hazel Atlas cowboy glasses ($49 for a set of four.)
For the sticky-with-marshmallow kid in all of us (that’s over 21 years of age, of course!) The hint of honey and whiskey in this sweet concoction will be a favorite among the campfire-lovin’ crowd.
How to serve it: Pour it up all in these neat vintage Iittala Finland Aslak highball glasses ($72 for a set of four.) Don’t forget the crushed graham cracker rim.
Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail
This sugary martini is inspired by our favorite peanut butter candy. Infusing the liquor seems like the toughest part of the directions. “Simply toss a handful of mini peanut butter cups into a jar of vodka, seal it, and allow to sit for 7 days.” Our patience might run out by then!
How to serve it: For such a sweet drink, it requires frosted martini glasses to match the dainty palette.
Cotton Candy Fizz
This fizzy cocktail is not much of a cocktail at all — it’s just Sprite and cotton candy. Yet it’s totally fun and delightful and we’ll have a glass.
How to serve it: Look no further than gorgeous yellow glasses ($50 for a set of 4.)
Aurora Jungle Juice
We’re not sure how it tastes but this cocktail sure looks heavenly. We imagine it was mixed together like the stars and takes you on a journey through the galaxies.
How to serve it: The retro Atomic Age feel of this Lustreware set ($45 for a set of 4) will make you feel like you’ve just landed on the moon.
