Map of the Day — A Point in Time at the Brooklyn Flea in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Brooklyn Flea as illustrated by Stef Londono.

Each day over the next two weeks we’ll be posting maps that have caught our eye. You know, from charting David Foster Wallace’s characters in Infinite Jest to tracking food trucks in San Francisco, these maps will have you exploring.

The Brooklyn Flea never ceases to curate the best sellers whenever it opens shop. Located in the schoolyard of Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Fort Greene on Saturdays and North 7th and Kent in Williamsburg on Sundays (through November 18), the flea is a feast for the eyes and stomachs alike.

Excited by the cornucopia of goods, Krrb intern (and rock star illustrator) Stef Londono, drew a map highlighting some of her favorite items and sellers. A gloriously personal report of the visual kind that also charts a point-in-time of a market that’s always changing week to week. We love it.
