These arrows ($26) in Urban Bird & Co.’s Krrb corner are a great gift because not only are they beautiful but come with a muslin bag to put them in. Now that’s cool. UBC also has awesome chalkboard screen-printed cards ($12) that come in sets of four. Arrows or cards? We’ll take both.

Chocolate Bars in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Sure, chocolate might be the most cliche V-Day gift (after roses, of course), but these particular treats ($8) will make you rethink cliches entirely. Made in Brooklyn and deliciously decadent who could pass up these little wonders? But The One Well has more than just sweets to make your honey swoon! I Want My Hobo not only has a great name, but some of the most interesting, intricate pieces we’ve seen. This brooch ($22) made of fabric, beads, and plastic caught our eye. We also love this awesome bow tie necklace ($19) that’s adjustable. Make it work. Make it work.

Charm Necklace in Astoria, Queens

We’re not sure what it is about hippos but we do know that Hippos holding instruments ($16.50) just make us plain happy. Spread the hippo love and check out all the other great drawings in Hans My Hedgehog’s Krrb corner, like this Valentine’s Day Hedgehog ($22) and print ($22) of an elephant walking a dog. Why not?
