If You’re Going to San Francisco…Be Sure to Visit the Holiday Indie Mart

What better way to start your weekend than by making DIY ornaments and sipping cocktails. You might even finish your Christmas shopping list by picking up one-of-a-kind gifts from local vendors. With DJs spinning and a Dirty Santa photo opp, the Holiday Indie Mart is shopping at its finest.

Fill up on delicious food cart snacks, such as pork belly Banh Mi from Rice Paper Scissors and chicken and waffles from Angry Man Eats. Libations flow from Speakeasy Ales and Lagers, ROOT, SNAP, and Reyka Vodka. Check out the newly redesigned Hayes Valley space of host extraordinaire The Bold Italic.

We’re excited to get one of Maral Rapp‘s statement-worthy gold mesh jewelry for our sister (which we will borrow constantly.) Some yummy-smelling organic olive oil soaps from Heliotrope will make great stocking stuffers for the in-laws. Knowing mom, she won’t want to regift the hand screenprinted napkins from Tina’s Produce. If you’re missing a tree for all the goodies you’ll want to pick up, check out the cute recycled cardboard X-mas trees from The Arbory.
