About the Prize
Much like Lexi’s love of fashion, the lux unisex scarf came from her mother—who is also the namesake for her store. Antoinette is outfitted from finds her mother collected over the years. Check out her Krrb corner to see what other vintage fashions she has for the holidays and if you’re in the neighborhood, stop in and say hello!
Who are you and what is your business?
My name is Lexi and I own/operate a vintage store named Antoinette in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I opened the shop 6 months ago and named it after my mother who was in the New York City fashion industry in the late 1950’s. Years later my mom left the industry to focus on her family but kept all of her fashion. Since there was an attic full of vintage clothes, I couldn’t think of anything better than using it to open a shop and sell it at an affordable price.
Why is this scarf a great gift and what should the winner do with it?
This vintage scarf is a great gift for either yourself or can be given to a loved one for Christmas/Hanukkah. Who wouldn’t want a fabulous looking scarf like this?
What are you hoping to get as a present this year?
I’m hoping to get a gift certificate to my favorite spa Mario Badescu so I can get a facial because I haven’t been able to do anything for myself since opening the shop six months ago.
In case you missed it, here are is the lovely Krrbie winner from yesterday!
Day One: Cat G from Brooklyn, NY!
